Please bring your completed Health Questionnaire and Food Diary, available on the Forms page. These help Natasha tailor your consultation to your specific goals and needs.

A referral is not required for general appointments. However, it’s helpful to bring a medical summary, medication list, and any recent pathology results.

If your GP provides an EPC or Care Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates.

Your initial consultation includes a detailed discussion about your current diet, medical background, and lifestyle.

Natasha will review any recent test results and medications, then provide personalised, practical advice to help you reach a balanced approach to food and health.

Natasha offers nutrition care for:

  • Gestational and type 2 diabetes
  • Antenatal and pregnancy nutrition
  • Bariatric surgery support (sleeve, balloon, banding, bypass)
  • Weight management and lifestyle nutrition
  • Gastroenterology, transplant, and cancer services

Initial consultations generally last between 45 minutes and 1½ hours, depending on the service. Review appointments are usually 20–30 minutes or ½ hour sessions.

Yes. If you have a GP Management (EPC) plan for a chronic condition, you can claim up to five Medicare rebates per year (currently $56 per visit, or 85% after reaching your safety net).
